SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Every piece of jewelry by Sofía Sunyer is designed and handcrafted in our workshop in Madrid.

Items from our collections typically take about two to three weeks to produce before shipping. Custom-made items may take a little longer, depending on the complexity of the design.

Once completed, the jewelry is shipped carefully packaged via a secure courier service. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange or a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted, the jewelry must be returned in its original condition and with all packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or have been altered cannot be accepted.

Custom orders or bespoke designs cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piece. If you need to make any adjustments or modifications, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
