If you don't know your ring or bracelet size, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help you determine it. You can also visit us in Madrid by appointment so we can take your measurements accurately.
Yes, in most cases it is possible to resize a ring. For a reduction of one size or an increase of up to half a size, the resizing typically costs approximately €35, which covers shipping and labor.
If the adjustment requires more than one size, it may be necessary to add the corresponding cost of the metal. In that case, we will notify you in advance.
To ensure a perfect fit, it’s important to measure your ring size using a ring sizer. It’s also worth noting that your hands can vary slightly throughout the year: they tend to be slimmer in winter and, at times, slightly puffier in summer due to the heat.
For rings that are engraved on the inside or set with stones all the way around, resizing may not be possible. For this reason, if the ring is a surprise gift, we recommend having it engraved only after the size has been confirmed.
