Welcome to Sofía Sunyer. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, as well as the ordering and creation of custom jewelry.

By contacting us, requesting a quote, or ordering a product, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you must refrain from using this website or its services.

  • Sofía Sunyer offers a service for the design and creation of handmade jewelry, crafted by hand in her Madrid workshop. The pieces can be part of existing collections or custom-designed based on the client’s specifications.

  • Orders are processed through direct communication with the customer.

    Once the design, materials, and budget have been agreed upon, the order will be considered confirmed once the customer has accepted the terms and the corresponding payment has been received.

  • Prices will be listed individually in each quote and will include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.

    Payment can be made by bank transfer or using the payment methods available on the website.

    Production of the part will begin only after payment has been confirmed.

  • These collectible pieces are handmade and take approximately two to three weeks to produce.

    Custom items may take longer to produce, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • In accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.

    Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, there may be slight variations in color, especially in natural stones, which will not be considered a defect.

    The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, or normal wear and tear.
