Welcome to Sofía Sunyer. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the ordering of our jewelry. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or ordering a piece, you agree to comply with these conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points, please refrain from using our website or our services.

General

All jewelry is made to order. The catalog offers pieces that can be customized, and we also design completely bespoke jewelry, developed from an idea, inspiration, or memory. Each piece is individually handcrafted in our Madrid workshop.

Orders and payment

Orders are handled exclusively through direct communication with the customer. Once the design and quote have been approved, an invoice will be issued and payment must be made by bank transfer. Production will only begin once the agreed payment has been received.

Delivery

All deliveries are made in person at the workshop in Madrid, allowing the customer to see the finished piece of jewelry. Shipping is not currently available. Customers who are not located in Madrid can contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

The estimated delivery time is between 20 and 30 business days. This time allows us to ensure that each piece of jewelry is made with the utmost care and precision.

Returns and modifications

As these items are made to order, returns are not accepted. However, any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure that the item meets the customer's expectations.

If the modifications require additional gold, replacement of stones, or changes in size beyond what was initially approved, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be communicated to and agreed upon with the customer in advance.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Sofía Sunyer or third parties who have authorized its use. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

Personal data provided by customers will be collected and processed exclusively in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Sofía Sunyer shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or the ordering of jewelry, beyond what is established by applicable Spanish law.

Applicable legislation

These terms and the use of the website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to any conflict of law rules that may be applicable.
