Our workshop is based in Madrid, where every jewel is designed and handcrafted through a process that combines artisanal tradition with technical precision.

We work with 18k yellow and white gold, as well as platinum. Our jewels feature precious gemstones, mainly diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds.

All catalogue pieces are made to order and can be personalised in size, engraving, or other details. We also create fully custom pieces, crafted from an idea, a memory, or an inspiration.

The estimated delivery time is 21 business days. Each piece is crafted individually in our workshop, a process that requires time and care to ensure the highest quality.

Each jewel is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and designed to last for generations. To preserve its beauty, we recommend cleaning it occasionally with water and neutral soap, then drying with a soft cloth.

White gold pieces may require periodic polishing and rhodium plating to maintain their original brilliance.

We also provide professional services in our Madrid workshop, including cleaning, resizing, and repairs, to ensure your jewel remains in perfect condition over time.

Clients who wish to discuss a design in person may request an appointment at our workshop in Madrid. This allows us to better understand your vision and guide you through the possibilities of design, materials, and craftsmanship.

Delivery takes place in person at our workshop in Madrid, allowing each client to view the finished piece directly. At the moment we do not offer shipping. However, if you are not in Madrid, please contact us and we will be glad to find a suitable solution.

Each jewel is priced individually according to its design, materials, and craftsmanship. Once the budget is approved, an invoice is issued and payment is made by bank transfer before production begins.

As every jewel is made to order, returns are not accepted. However, we are committed to making all necessary adjustments to ensure that each piece meets your expectations. If modifications involve additional gold, gemstone replacements, or resizing beyond what was initially approved, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
