Welcome to Sofía Sunyer. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and the commissioning of our jewellery. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or commissioning a piece, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or services.

General

All jewellery is made to order. Our catalogue offers pieces available for personalisation, and we also design fully bespoke jewels developed directly from an idea, inspiration, or memory. Each piece is handcrafted individually in our workshop in Madrid.

Orders and Payment

Orders are managed exclusively through direct communication with the client. Once a design and budget have been approved, the client will receive an invoice, and payment must be made by bank transfer. Production begins only once the agreed payment has been received.

Delivery

All deliveries take place in person at our workshop in Madrid, allowing the client to view the final jewel. At present, we do not offer shipping services. Clients outside Madrid may contact us to explore possible alternatives.

The estimated delivery time is between 20 and 30 business days. This timeframe ensures that every jewel is crafted with the utmost care and precision.

Returns and Modifications

As each jewel is custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, we are committed to making all necessary adjustments to ensure that the piece meets the client’s expectations.

If modifications require additional gold, replacement of stones, or resizing beyond what was initially approved, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Any such changes will be communicated and agreed with the client in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Sofía Sunyer or of third parties who have authorised its use. The reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

Personal data provided by clients will be collected and processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Sofía Sunyer shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or the commissioning of jewellery pieces, beyond what is established by applicable Spanish law.

Applicable Law

These terms and your use of our website are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
